Production Flow
| Arrange material | All material like butyl rubber, recycling rubber and others mixed together by the engineers. |
| Rubber Mixing | The mixing rubber machine will be start work when all the material is ready. |
| Twice | When finished mix rubber, the mixed rubber will be do it again with mill machine. |
| Get rubber cold and filter | When the rubber is cold enough, they will be filtered with filtering machine,that canmake sure there is no impurity in the rubber. So the tube can be in very good quality. |
| Extruding | After filter finished the rubber will be extruded according size request. Then they will be get cold by water. |
| Setting valves | The cutted rubber get cold,then put the end together and setting the valves |
| Vulcanization | Before vulcanization,the tube needs aired,and put the LOGO into the machine. |
| Checking quality and package | After vulcanization a part of them need to be test by machine. Then tested by QC,and packaged. |
