On July 13, 2026, the group held its mid-year summary and launch conference, officially announcing the final results of the mid-year performance competition. Honors were awarded based on actual performance, and benchmarks were used to gather strength, marking a successful conclusion to the first half of the year’s achievements and sounding the clarion call for a final sprint in the second half.

 

 

This year’s mid-year performance evaluation was comprehensive and rigorous, with a comprehensive review covering multiple core dimensions such as total sales, year-on-year growth, market expansion, and customer development. Since the start of the competition, all departments within the group have worked together with concerted efforts and a spirit of striving for excellence, competing fiercely in various tracks such as market penetration, channel expansion, and order breakthroughs. After a month of comprehensive competition and rigorous and fair evaluation, the results for each department have been finalized. Joan, a key employee of the Tire Department, stood out, achieving the top spot in the group’s half-year sales rankings thanks to her solid business skills, proactive attitude, and consistently outstanding performance, successfully winning the title of Florescence Group’s 2026 Half-Year Sales Champion. With its outstanding performance across all dimensions, the Tire Department won first place in the departmental competition, and also won first place in multiple sub-dimensions. It won the two major honors of “Champion Team” and “Performance Growth Pioneer Team”, becoming the benchmark team in this mid-year competition, fully demonstrating its strong team combat power and core business competitiveness.

Affected by the volatile situation in the Middle East, the price of inner tube rubber raw materials surged dramatically. Coupled with changes in the global logistics system and a continuous rise in shipping costs, the dual increase in raw material and logistics costs severely impacted the inner tube industry’s operations and placed immense pressure on the Tire Division’s business operations in the first half of the year, making the progress of various tasks far more difficult than in previous years. Faced with this severe market situation and industry difficulties, the Tire Division did not passively succumb to pressure or stagnate. Instead, relying on the Group’s forward-looking strategy and the factory’s strategic foresight, it stockpiled large quantities of raw materials before the adverse environment, effectively mitigating the risk of subsequent cost surges due to rising raw material prices, and better serving its partners. In the first half of 2026, the division capitalized on the peak sales season for swimming tubes in Europe and America, while also participating in exhibitions in Russia and Guangrao, effectively promoting its products and brand. The factory’s ample raw material reserves ensure the continuous and stable operation of the production line,reducing problems such as production stoppages, delivery delays, and other issues caused by raw material shortages and price fluctuations, thus fully protecting the rights and interests of customers and ensuring business stability.
